Composition

ki (motion) + pa (place/space) + mu (artifact) — moving-place-artifact

Definition

An artifact defined by its function as a place that moves: an enclosed space capable of motion. Most naturally maps to spacecraft in the Tonesu setting, but is general enough to cover any transport vessel (ship, vehicle). Compositional transparency: a mu (artifact) whose essential property is ki-pa (a place in motion / a corridor through space).

Notes

Builds on ki-pa (W049, motion-place = corridor/passage): ki-pa-mu is the artifact form of that concept — a movable passage, a craft. Distinct from ko-mu (W052, containment-artifact = static vessel/container) in that ki-mu is defined by motion, not static containment. Both can co-apply to a spacecraft that is both a containing artifact and a moving one.
