The shift from du-zo-su to de-ki'ma is the institution act: what was named by origin is now named by transformation. Where Jesus says "fruit of the vine" (S428), he uses du-zo-su (the natural-produce designation). The cup that IS the covenant (S434–S437) uses zo-ki'ma-mi (my blood), not de-ki'ma — the covenant-sign is named by what it signifies, not by its chemical composition.
