First use S434 — ro-zo-ki'ma-mi (through my blood — instrumental)

Composition

zo (living thing) + ki'ma (liquid, W114) = living-liquid = the fluid of life = blood. Two roots plus the internally bound ki'ma apostrophe. Written: zoki'ma.

Definition

blood; the living liquid. The fluid that carries life within an organism — the liquid medium of biological vitality. The most direct Tonesu encoding: blood IS the living liquid, the zo (living) qualified ki'ma (liquid).

Notes

Eucharistic blood formula: zo-ki'ma-mi ne ze go-ne-to-fe = "my blood is this, [being the] cause-of-the-covenant- relation." The shedding of blood uses de-zo-ki'ma-mi = "the decreasing of my living-liquid" = my blood being poured out (S435, S437). zo-ki'ma is the general biologically-occurring blood; its theological significance as covenant-medium comes from context and from the go-ne-to-fe clause (the causal-genitive of the covenant relationship).

zo (primitive: living thing), ki'ma (W114: liquid), de-ki'ma (W162: wine/fermented liquid — transformation parallel), zo-ma (W163: body — the material counterpart)
